The first summer project

We have a lot of projects planned for this summer.  Since Randi's last day of school was Friday, we decided to pull one out and get started.

She made Ella a beautiful dress.

Ella was so happy to have a new dress!  She loved the last one she made for her and it was just getting to little.  Now she has another one to wear.

Randi is awesome with the sewing machine!!

Friends from China

Jon, a good friend and business associate, and his friend Bo traveled from China to see us today. Jim and I spent the day with them.  Their plans were to leave us tonight to head for Vegas via the bus.  After a lot of talking we finally convinced them to at least wait for morning.

We finally left them at a local hotel to rest after their long journey.  Jon left us with a gift from China.  Panda T-Shirts for the whole family.  Jim will pick them up in the morning, show them his facilities, and take them to the bus to continue their journey in America.

When we finally got home we found that our children missed us.  They left a welcome home sign on the garage door.  

It says:  Welcome Home Mom and Dad!  We Love You!!

I have great kids!! We also missed them today!!!
